Return & Exchange Policy

The return and exchange policy is as followed. There are NO REFUNDS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You are able to exchange the hair for a different length or texture by discussing it with our CEO. This is only acceptable to do so if the hair was not altered or tampered with in any way. You may also only exchange the hair within 24 hours of receiving the product. Absolutely no negotiations.

Shipping Policy

The shipping policy is as followed. After your order is completed please allow 2-3 business days for processing time. After your order is completely processed shipping time is 7-10 business days. If you choose to pick up your products, processing time is 2-3 business days and pick up will be available 3-7 business days after processed.
